1. Contractual Scope

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Oxiah intake routing platform owned and operated by Eden Conseil SA. By initiating an assessment session, the user explicitly accepts these terms.

2. Definition of Service (No Doctor-Patient Relationship)

Oxiah provides an automated, dynamic interaction tool designed to compile a structured symptom overview from a patient and format it into a standardized clinical intake document.

Critical Limitation: The utilization of the Platform does not establish a doctor-patient relationship. Oxiah does not practice medicine, offer clinical diagnoses, or prescribe treatments. The automated output is an administrative tool intended solely to optimize triage workflows when handed off to a qualified human professional.

3. Emergency Bypass Protocol

The Platform is equipped with high-acuity triggers (“Red Flag Logic”). If your inputs indicate a potential acute, high-risk medical situation, the application will instantly terminate the session and refer you directly to the Swiss Emergency Number 144. Users agree not to utilize Oxiah in the presence of severe or accelerating medical symptoms requiring urgent clinical care.

4. Fees and Service Infrastructure

The digital intake process on Oxiah is entirely free of charge for patients. The processing, secure compilation, and routing of the administrative intake document are fully funded through our B2B integration partnerships with participating Swiss clinics, healthcare providers, and regional urgent care networks.

5. Liability Limitations

Eden Conseil SA, its directors, developers, and platform partners shall not be held liable for any clinical outcomes, diagnostic omissions, or medical treatment decisions made by the independent physicians, clinics, or healthcare systems to whom your administrative intake document is forwarded.

6. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed exclusively by Swiss law. The sole place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising in connection with these terms is Geneva, Switzerland.
